well let’s start off with height and weight
height-5 foot 1
weight- 50 kilograms or 110 pounds
i’m not trying to water fast to lose weight but
to clean myself. i’ve been stuffing myself
with junk food lately and i’ve lost all my youthful
energy so i’m trying to clean myself. but i was
just wondering how much weight i would lose
so i would know how long to hold it. like if i do it
for 10 days and i lose too much then i would like
(i don’t wanna be skinny. i LIKE my curves and stuff)
so yeah. an estimate whether it would be water,
fat, or muscle.
3-4lbs to start off with (If you have a fast metabolism) then it can get to 1lb a day… Do the math… as I said it depends on your metabolism.
