What Do U Know About Alli?
I’m dieting for my 2009 resolution. I’ve done a lot of research and have found that Alli is the only FDA approved dieting plan. I can’t seem to find anything that would make me consider not trying this diet but I figured I’d ask in Yahoo! Answers as a decision maker in buying this product. I’m looking for any kind of comments you may have experienced or heard of with Alli both positive and negative.
Also, know something that’s safer and more effective for long-term weight loss? Let me know!!
I am also taking Mirena. Know anything about the combination? Does it matter?

The only thing I know about alli is that you need to wear a nappy – in some people it causes uncontrollable pooping – i.e. anal leakage (sorry to be vulgar :[)
Obviously this is only in some people, but it's quite disgusting :p
Apart from that it works very well for weight loss, although diet and exercise is less messy lol :]
