Is my diet good for nutrition and weight loss?

Breakfast: oatibix with raspberries, 2 tbsps bio-yogurt and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
Lunch: hard boiled egg with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and an apple.
Dinner: chicken with broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage.

For your 3 main meals yes, but you need some snacks as this is not enough calories. It seems dumb, but it can be counteractiveto eat too little as your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to as much fat as it can. An average woman needs at least 1200 to prevent this, the average man 1600.
