Hi. Since its getting so close to the end of school year i get to do a project of my choice. I found very few photos and answers or whatever on how people or what people do to lose weight so fast and so much and how its dangerous. Can anyone please help me on some methods people do to do that? Okay well thank you very much for you help.

Taking laxatives – Damages bowels i think.
Forcing vomiting – Damages teeth
Excessive exercise
Starvation – Depriving body of nutrients
