Ideas for the weight loss challenge mini?
I am the team leader of a weight loss challenge online. Each week Mini Challenge tuesday. So far, we had to eat all your vegetables per day, drink 64 oz a day, water, and this week we had a team of 5 km. Things I need an idea for the last Tuesday of the month the type of container in January Any ideas?
That something in the sense of not eating saturated fat (/ trans) fat days? Favor substitution of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, suggest lawyers on sandwiches, almonds, cereals, salmon …. for dinner or some sort of problem cardio-30 mins mins/60 something like kickboxing, tae bo, snoeshoeing …. something energetic and fun. Or a challenge going out to dinner in the diet to show that it is possible to follow healthy food diet (if they follow their diet now), or you can eat a healthy balanced meal in almost all parts are in calories x … encourage preview menus and planning ahead to avoid disappointment and temptation in the moment.
