weight loss workout routine

which of the following workout machines leads to a faster weight loss? (and some other q’s)?
treadmill (fast walking), elliptical or the bike one? and also how long does it usually take to start losing weight after starting a workout routine? i joined the gym on tuesday and so far have worked out 2hrs each day but am not losing weight yet
? i’m hoping to lose at least 20 lbs by july ( i weigh 180 now) – is that possible at the rate i’m going with my preference of machines? any help is appreciated!

Elliptical sounds best, you use all the big lower body muscles, so it will be easier to burn calories. It is best to do it with your heart rate in the fat burning range. You gym should have a chart showing this. And eat right. Exercise won’t burn the fat unless your diet is good.
