How Can I loose up to 30 pounds?
Hello there. I really need some help. Im 15 years old, and just got done with my freshman year, June 4th. I really want to loose up to 30 pounds by august 31, that about over 2 months. 83 day, from this day to be exact.
Im 205lbs, and about 5′8.
I would like to know what kinds of food to eat, and what exercizes to do to get rid of my love handles, man boobs, and stomache, and also my thighs.
I belong to a gym, its 24/7 and i go everyday.
MY ROUTINE INCLUDES…..
15 mins running/walking on tredmill,
(walk for 3 mins, run for three mins, walk for 3, then run for 3, all up until 15 mins is up)
THEN….
I go on the machile that you have to push your arms and move your feet with it. that for 15 mins.
THEN back to the tred mil again with what i did before
THEN again to the arm push machine,
then i rest for 15 mins, then i go to arm push machine for 15 mins
then leave.
IS THIS ENOUGH? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I DO TO ACHIEVE MY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL BEFORE SCHOOL SATRTS?
good! i would add some strength training in that though!
